Thanksgiving Prep – Pies!

Thanksgiving dinner prep has begun. The pies are done!

Pumpkin pies, just out of the oven and cooling.

Please note: I did not intend to make two pies. I didn’t realize until tonight that the recipe I have makes 2 pies, not one. Whoops! Luckily, I had two frozen pie crusts in the freezer.

Tomorrow, Mr. Martini is responsible for the turkey, and I’m going to make the sides. Can’t wait!
