Happy Birthday to Me!

Just a quick note to say that yesterday was my birthday. Hurray for birthdays!

Mr. M and I celebrated over the weekend, indulging in fried chicken and cupcakes. It was superb.

I was also surprised at work by my generous co-workers, who got me this bouquet of flowers! It’s so cheery in my otherwise drab, windowless office.

For those in the know – the birthday cartwheel must be delayed somewhat. I still plan on doing one very soon, though!

While I won’t say exactly how old I am, I will say that there were men on the moon the day I was born. Which does date me somewhat, but is still a factoid I love.
