Another WIP – Woven Scarf #2

May 30, 2013By

I still haven’t finished any of the projects from my last post. But that didn’t stop me from starting another one!

This weekend, I pulled out my loom and started another simple woven scarf:

The yarn is Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks that Rock in Debra Anna. It reminds me of an autumn sunset – pinks and oranges and greens and purples and blues.

More Weaving

I made quite a bit of progress, weaving along and watching the Lizzie Bennet Diaries on YouTube.

After a while, I decided to take a break and let my assistant take over:

That lasted until she decided the scarf would make a good scratching/biting toy. It’s hard to find good help these days.

WOW that’s very nice. Where did you get the loom.

I know that assistant. She has a terrible work ethic and her breath smells like catfood. But she does loove to cuddle.

LOVE the colors. I think it’s so awesome that you’re weaving now!
